The Joint Judicial Administration of the Americanas Group informs that the General Meeting of Creditors was called for 12/19/2023, on the first call, and 01/22/2024, on the second call, as per the notice below
Investor creditors holding the Group's debt securities are aware that they will have until 11/29/2023 to request the separation of their credits before the Judicial Administration, in accordance with the notice published on 10/23/2023.
